TheBoldKit is a gift-ideas publication operated by an independent designer. We publish gift guides and link to products, including our own made-to-order items sold on our Etsy shop. This site is https://theboldkit.com.

We aim to collect as little as possible:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. Provided by you, processed by our email provider.
• Anonymous usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (page views, referrers, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not track you across sites or collect personal identifiers.
• Server logs — standard request data (IP address, browser type) retained briefly by our host for security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect payment details on this site — all purchases happen on Etsy or third-party retailers under their own policies.

• To send newsletter emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email).
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site, using aggregated analytics.
• To operate, secure, and maintain the website.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. Outbound links to Etsy, Pinterest, and affiliate partners may set their own cookies once you leave our site — see their policies.

We publish and share content on Pinterest and use Pinterest's API to post pins that link back to our articles. When you interact with our pins on Pinterest, that activity is governed by Pinterest's Privacy Policy. We access only our own Pinterest business account to publish content; we do not collect or store data about Pinterest users.

We rely on a small number of providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Our email provider — newsletter delivery (stores your email if you subscribe).
• Pinterest, Etsy, and affiliate retailers — when you click outbound links, you are subject to their privacy practices.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We retain newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. We use reputable providers and HTTPS to protect data in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the site means you accept the current policy.
